I would be honored to help you with your residential real estate needs – whether it’s buying, selling or both.

I am well connected to resources that can assist you with home inspections, painters, landscapers and just about anything else you need.

John L. Scott Real Estate (JLS) also has programs designed to help buyers and sellers. My favorite is MarketReady Plus +, in which JLS advances money to sellers to complete home improvements before listing the property, with sellers paying for the enhancements at closing without fees or interest. (I wrote a blog post on this topic.)

You can choose any number of real estate agents - but I will work hard for you. I believe a business relationship between broker and client should be founded on mutual trust, honesty, respect, loyalty and commitment. Let me know how I can earn your trust and help you in your real estate needs.

My vow is to provide an amazing client experience throughout the partnership. My value to service and attention to detail sets me apart. I want your complete satisfaction to earn that five-star review.

Thank you for visiting my website and learning more about me. Let’s talk about how I can help you.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT WILL SPRINGER

"We could not be happier with Will as our real estate agent and now friend! He's super savvy, smart, funny, and saved us from a couple of questionable condo options that would've been a financial disaster. Although it took 17 months (thanks to a pandemic), Will stuck by us the entire time with patience, optimism, and innovative ideas on how to market our place. (No small feat, given that I'm the kind of client that's a tad more than "hands on.") Will's persistence paid off when in one week we sold our condo and bought our forever home, and in this fickle market. Then, the hard stuff really began - coordinating two transactions as a buyer and seller AS WELL AS the lender, title, escrow, cleaners, movers, etc. Will guided us through each step and crossed us over the finish line. THANK YOU, Will, we appreciate you so much!!"

“Your knowledge and expertise made the process very smooth and easy. Thank you for your hard work, patience and diligence along the way. We will be glad to work with you again.”

- Volodymyr, Larysa, Anna

“Will is well-organized and thorough. He goes beyond the property listed to note aspects of the neighbors and neighborhood, such as buildings nearby and what potentially could be built nearby. He’s also aware of various HOAs and management companies. Will made this home buying experience great; there’s nothing he could have improved..”
